At SACHEU, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain tools and used beauty products must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and protective materials are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
